Helping a person to look better and in the process feel better about one’s self is what we hope to achieve for you.

Root Coverage
The recession of the gum line is a frequent finding among adults and in some cases, even young patients following orthodontic care. Soft tissue grafting and other root coverage procedures can be performed to either cover the exposed roots or prevent this from occurring. This will not only improve your smile, but it may also protect your teeth from developing root decay or to reduce or eliminate sensitivity to hot and cold foods.

Cosmetic Crown Lengthening
For those who want to improve their “gummy” smile – that is a smile where your teeth appear short because they are covered by too much gum tissue – Dr. Rosen may suggest crown lengthening.
During this procedure, excess gum and bone tissue are reshaped to expose more of the tooth/teeth. This may be done for one or more teeth to even your gum line and help to create the smile that you seek.
